For artwork submission and layout assistance, you can upload your image along with your order, design your image using our design online software, or simply email any images or files to info@custommousepad.com. We also have an FTP site at https://custommousepad.wetransfer.com/ for larger files. Once we receive the artwork, our graphics department will create a digital proof for you to review and approve! In addition to limited layout assistance with every order of custom printed mouse pads, we also offer stock backgrounds/photos upon request. That depends on your needs! 

• For a flexible mat with a silky finish the cloth mouse pads are definitely the direction to go. Exceptional detail with a pad that can be rolled, folded, stretched and washed while still retaining all the vivid color of your promotion, logo or design.
• For mouse pads you can wipe clean, have more precise graphics, and/or a white background then look no further than our plastic laminate finish. Your brand image is printed on a synthetic paper protected under a scratch-resistant textured surface.
• If you’re looking for a product that you can update often and easily then we recommend window insert pads. Simply slip any desired graphic into the sleeve and voila! It will show through the front. These pads are great for user-end customization and are best with regularly updated content such as phone extensions, calendars, protocols, reminders, abbreviations, etc.

All of our products start out white and we apply full color print, so we can add just about any background color that you would like to see as part of our free basic graphics assistance. Please note that we do not recommend white backgrounds for soft fabric surface products only because white will show dirt and wear most readily.

Our standard sizes are 9.25”x7.75”, 7.5”x8”, 8”round and 6×8”. In addition to that we offer a wide range of custom sizes and shapes for your mousepads. Most times we have the die setup from previous mouse pad orders so there is no additional setup charge. If you have something in mind, just let us know!
