What do we need for a custom sample?

  • Email us your print ready artwork or send it via FTP
    • We accept most standard graphic formats
    • Printing is in CMYK format and should include a ½” bleed and ¼” margin for live imprint area (see example picture, video or design templates)
    • Provide image in layers or in its native vector format when possible. When using vector art please outline fonts, include or imbed all links, and send a PDF in addition

    • If your product falls outside our free sample offer we will send a material sample when possible

Please note that the free sample is not intended for personal use. It is intended for businesses or organizations wishing to promote themselves or an event. Our sample packets provide an overview of the variety and quality of our products for customers who are interested in making a purchase. If you are requesting on behalf of an organization please make certain to include their information along with the logo or design. Your image should also include your organization contact information.

Also note that we only offer a free sample to locations in the United States. While we are happy to produce orders for other locations we apologize that we will be unable to offer you a sample packet at no cost.
