Just email your print ready artwork to us at info@custommousepad.com, FTP information is available upon request. The artwork needs to be created 300 dpi with a 1/2" total bleed, which is to say that your final image will be 1/4" larger than the pad size. So for example if you were ordering the standard 9.25 x 7.75" mouse pad, your final image size would be 9.5 x 8". All important text, due to the rounded corners should be 1/4" in from the pad size. We accept most major graphic formats including, but not limited to TIF, EPS, PDF, BMP, AI, PSD, JPG. We would prefer to have the image in layers or in its native vector format. When using vector art please make certain to outline fonts, include or imbed all links, and send a PDF in addition when possible. Should you have a file format you would like to use that you have questions about please do not hesitate to contact us.

Our sample packets provide an overview of the variety and quality of our products for customers who are interested in making a purchase. If you are requesting on behalf of an organization please make certain to include their information along with the logo or design. Your image should also include your organization contact information.
Also note that we only offer a free sample to the United States and Canada. While we are happy to produce orders for other locations we apologize that we will be unable to offer you a free sample.
