Can I get a sample of my image on a hard top mouse pad?
We do not offer your image on a hard-topped pad as a sample. The reason being is that manufacturing of hard top pads does actually entail a set up cost, although that is waived for our customers. What we can offer is your image on a rubber soft top as well as a paper proof for what your image will look like on the hard top. Basically a hard topped pad is made by first printing your image on coated paper. That paper is then laminated to the hard plastic top which is then adhered to your choice of backing. What we will send you is just the paper portion of that process. It will be what your image will look like on the Vynex pad. We will also send a stock sample pad so you will have an accurate representation of the quality of product that we offer.

What are your artwork specifications? The artwork needs to be created 300 dpi with a 1/4" bleed, which is to say that your final image will be 1/2" larger than the pad size. So for example if you were ordering the standard 9.25 x 7.75” mouse pad, your final image size would be 9.75 x 8.25”. All important text, due to the rounded corners should be 1/4" in from the pad size. We accept most major graphic formats including, but not limited to TIF, EPS, PDF, BMP, AI, PSD, JPG. We would prefer to have the image in layers or in its native vector format. When using vector art please make certain to outline fonts, include or imbed all links, and send a PDF in addition when possible. Should you have a file format you would like to use that you have questions about please do not hesitate to contact us. Please visit the artwork specifications page for more specifics.

How are your Graphic Flow Wrist Rest Mouse Pads made?
The Graphic Flow product is made by printing on a flat sheet of rubber then wrapping the bottom portion around the wrist rest. This is not a gel wrist rest. The wrist rest is a separate piece that is adhered to the printed rubber. If you would like to see a material sample of this product please let us know.

What is the difference between Rubber, Foam and Peel n’ Place backing?
Rubber is a heavy duty non skid backing. All of our rubber is heavy duty unless otherwise stated. Foam is a lighter material and is not non skid. Peel n’ Place is a re-applicable non-marking adhesive backing that comes with a protective coating. Once the protective coating is removed the mouse pad sticks to the desired surface. The mouse pad can then be peeled up and moved elsewhere, kind of like a sticky note.

What is the difference Heavy Duty, Medium Duty, and Light Duty Rubber?
Heavy Duty Rubber is a durable natural open cell rubber base material and our most popular option. Available thicknesses are 1/16", 1/8" & 1/4". Heavy duty rubber is our default rubber and is the only backing available on soft top mouse pads.
Medium Duty Base is an economical closed cell latex-free natural rubber base material that is up to 55% lighter than our standard Heavy Duty Rubber base. Medium duty rubber is not as non-skid and is more analogous to foam.
Light Duty Base is foam.
